Five focused initiatives tackling the real barriers that hold young women back in Ghana.

Our flagship national innovation, specifically designed to dismantle gender stereotypes and inspire a new generation of female leaders in male-dominated fields. The programme provides improved access to experiential, hands-on education for adolescent girls in underserved communities, featuring high-level mentorship and technical training. Originally launched in the Ashanti Region, it has successfully expanded to three regions — with our most recent bootcamp held in the Eastern Region in 2025.

Our annual STEM Bootcamp provides girls aged 13–25 with immersive workshops in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Participants gain practical skills, connect with mentors, and leave empowered to pursue STEM careers.
Program
Integrated into our core operations to ensure young women are both protected and empowered. Our curriculum delivers age-appropriate education on menstrual hygiene, the ovarian cycle, and reproductive rights. We equip girls with knowledge on consent, refusal mechanisms, and reporting channels to help them overcome barriers of sexual exploitation and gender-based violence in male-dominated spaces. We also actively use our social media and individual platforms to amplify the fight for equity and safety.
Health & Rights
Mission Queens delivers age-appropriate SRHR education to young women, covering bodily autonomy, health rights, and access to care — breaking down stigma one conversation at a time.
Program
Focused on refining every member to exhibit their full potential as a leader. We provide dedicated leadership talks and seminars that explore youth participation in nation-building, governance, and the essential qualities required for effective leadership in STEM. By connecting members to the global Girl Up community platform, they gain access to a large international family with shared passions — fostering self-improvement and global citizenship.
Leadership
Central to our mission of service and collective support. Our major missions include educational support through "Back-to-School" campaigns in partnership with UNICEF and VIAMO, menstrual health outreaches at Kotei Basic School and Nkwantakese Community, and engagement with vulnerable groups including residents at the Osu Children's Home — providing resources and ensuring those who are less privileged have the platform to improve their standard of living.
Community
A vital creative outlet and core fundraising stream for the club. Through weekend sales and skilled activities, MQ Snack Yard generates the financial resources needed to sustain our community projects — allowing members to actively engage in fundraising through food sales and concessions while building the collaborative skills to make the club's long-term dreams a reality. These efforts have contributed to a track record of raising over ₵100,000 to empower and educate more than 600 girls to date.
